In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that late check-in can be arranged in advance. A surcharge of EUR 50 might apply for arrivals from 19:00 until 21:00. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for each hour of delay after check-in hours, from 21:00 until 00:00. From 00:00 until 02:00 late check-in costs EUR 100. Check-in after 02:00 is not possible.
