We stayed here middle of July 25 and honestly we are SO GLAD!! We found this hotel for so many reasons: It’s a fantastic location, right near the bus depot so easy transport to/from airport. It’s about 15 min walk to the famous bridge walking through beautiful canals on the way. There is plenty of water taxi/ gondola close by. The hotel is by far the most beautiful and friendly hotel. It’s very clean, (cold with air con which was so needed when walking around hot Venice) It also felt incredibly safe. The rooms were clean, comfy and all the staff were so friendly Especially Roberto! Who taught us so much about Venice, where to go, routes to take and as he says…. You can’t get lost in Venice, what a gem of a man! The breakfast was really good and was nice to sit next to the canal in the morning, the garden is also very beautiful. The staff are so attentive we literally didn’t move a muscle to get another drink. Honestly couldn’t have been more thankful to find this hotel it’s a real beauty and ignore negative reviews because you cannot hear this on the price too.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
