Very good location close to Venice with very good public access and access to local shops and banks. Customer service has to improve little bit. Property charge an additional fees for late check in and city tax, but do not provide any proof of purchase what was very strange. First impression about the room was OK, wardrobes do not have any handles, no anti-mosquito net on windows and no air conditioning. In room you can find just fen and it is with mosquitoes and bit dump if you don not open window. Towels and bed linen are not changed during whole stay in room (not even every second day) as advertised on website. There is no daily housekeeping to swipe the floor, change toilette paper on WC, you have to find it and do it yourself and take the dust away and on reception they do not provide city maps like in another properties, there is lack of any information. Only information you can get about Chinese take away. No daily bottle water provided, coffee you can make if you buy your own coffee. Breakfast on request for additional fee £3 you do not get any healthy option, just biscuits and fruit, no drinks. I recommend to try local coffee shop is much better value for £1 espresso and local bakery will cost you much more less. I forgot to mention, there is no garden as advertised too. Receptionist did not show on during whole our stay, no even for check out. For budget holiday this is very good place where to stay, but again has to improve and keep level of standard what is advertising on booking.com because now it is war away from reality and no all facilities what are written there are true.
