I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Venice. It has a great location, not noisy. Very beautiful views from the beautiful terrace. The room and the bathroom was perfectly clean. We had continental breakfast with variety to choose from, luckily the weather was perfect and we had our breakfast at the terrace.
