The host and owner, Viola, was very kind and helpful and even assisted us in making a dinner reservation at her favorite restaurant in the area, which we enjoyed very much! The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed, and the breakfast is fantastic and plentiful. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. It's in a great area with lots of food choices, shopping, and just a short walk to St. Mark's Square.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice.
