17 reviewsStayed here for 2 nights. Tryed to find a hotel close enough to the bus station. Hardly find this hotel, there were no signs from the street to help us, only a small decall on the corner of the building. Location is really perfect, only 5 min walk from the bus to Venice. The room was clean, with air conditioning (had to ask to find the remote control), bed was double and wide enough. There's a kitchen with everything nesessary for the cooking by ourselves. Few not great things were chinese hostess without any knowledges of english and her rude partner and quite loudy in the evenings when all neighbours came together because of close rooms location and thin walls.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
