Stopped here for a drink. Was served by Daniela. We asked her where a certain restaurant was, she didn’t know the restaurant but came back with a map and was so helpful in helping us trying to find it. All this whilst we didn’t speak Italian and she didn’t speak English. I was quite overwhelmed at how helpful she was. She is a credit to the hotel.
