Our stay was 10/10. Exactly what was described but room was better than our expectations. Clean rooms, lovely balcony and safe feeling hotel. Staff went above and beyond and were super friendly, Especially Fabriano (sorry if wrong name), he couldn’t have helped us more and made our hotel stay. We would love to stay again. Fabriano helped us when we were stranded at the train station with heavy luggage and totally went above & beyond to provide an excellent service, but this was genuine friendliness. All hotel staff were excellent, did not catch the name of the young man behind reception but he was also excellent. When we originally booked it was very last minute due to our festival being further away from our original hotel than expected. They were very helpful during booking and managed to give us a room when the town was full due to the festival and even offered additional hotels to try if they were too expensive.
