SO glad we found this place! The older gentlemen who we think owns the place was so sweet and so helpful. He was willing to set up breakfast as early as we needed it since we were catching an early train. (Warning: Breakfast is pretty much coffee, orange juice, prepackaged pastries, and he gave us fresh toasted bread) He drove us to the train station because we had so many bags. The room was huge and had very high ceilings, old fashion, and super cute. Just a short 10-15 minute walk from the center of Lucca where the town is inside walls. The town is very safe so it's ok to walk at night. Ask him for a recommendation as to where to eat- he knows his stuff.
