146 reviewsTrani has a beautiful port/Harbour at its centre and Portadamare B&B is about 30m off it up one of the best little streets that radiate from it. Situated on the two upper floors over a women's clothing boutique (the owners) the rooms are well designed, traditional with a contemporary twist, clean. And very high ceilings and en-suites. The building spans two streets and ours had a stunning view over a square to the rear. But it's best feature is a fantastic roof garden on two levels that looks out over the harbour and cathedral to the sea. Not just any roof garden! It is full of places to relax with bougainvilleas and cacti lining the area. We paid €65 for B&B with breakfast a street away looking out over the harbour. They spoke a little English and made us very welcome. We were going to stay one night but immediately booked 4!!
