The contact person of the property Giuseppe, is a wonderful human being, punctual and very professional. I stayed at this place due to my participation at a conference, and the first day suffered from immense jet lag, which caused me to create unnecessary problems for myself. Despite this, Giuseppe was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. He even came in the rain just to help me resolve particular problems, which were a result of my jet lag and not the property. Toni was also very helpful, and prompt. The staff overall was amazing, and the services were of the same quality. The people living at this property are also quite nice, and always try to help you. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
