I have been to this place twice over the past 8 years. The quality is by far the best on this (or any other) planet. All ingredients are from the farm - from meat, wine, wheat, cheese, fruit, vegitable etc. I went in 2006 with my family and in 2012 with a few friends. The service was top notch but the food is so geniunly Sicilian (I grew up in a Sicilian household with a Sicilian mother)! There is no menu. You simply sit down and the courses begin arriving, I think there were about 7 or 8 courses. Here's the 'kicker', it was 20 EU's per person! I'll be back in Sicily in 2 years and this place is on the top of our list for a food destination. Enjoy. PS - it's in the country and bit difficult to find, even with a GPS
