I can't recommend this place enough. I had a very pleasant stay at this B&B. The owner wait for us till 2am when we arrived in our delayed cheap Ryanair flight. He was super nice and accommodating. The place was comfortable and the room big for the price! Loved it.

You can't ask for more than a nice clean bed and breakfast 2 min walk from train station In heart of palermo. The owner gianluca treated us as if we were friends and guests in his home! He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable!! Excellent customer service. We would return again!!

We stayed here this week, for the price and facilities this was very good indeed and I would highly recommend it. For the price you pay, you get a lovely clean, modern room, you are 3 minutes walk from the train bus station and 10 minutes from Piazza Politeama.
The morning breakfast was a lovely surprise. A buffet serving croissants, fruit, cereals etc. A great selection. They also offer free WiFi which was useful. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent value for money and within easy walking distance of main historical sites. David's rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The shower facilities are excellent and the entire B&B is clean and well equipped. From the airport the bus which stops in the station is just minutes from David's rooms and is cheap at 9 euros. Gianluca is an extremely helpful proprietor who gave us good tips on where to eat and places to visit.  A great 2 day stay. Highly  recommended.

In defense of the owner, we made our booking one hour before we checked in. That make things difficult to arrange. We did experience a lack of service, nonetheless.  We waited outside the building for 10' before he came and then told us there was no parking, which was the main reason for booking this place. He eventually led us to a private parking space not too for away. We had to pay for it, and had to give our keys away for the night. There isn't a possibility to just take the car to somewhere real quick. I believe this should be made clear before booking. 
Once we were back in the building, having walked back from the parking, we had to wait another 10 minutes, because the owner still had to quickly clean our room.
The breakfast is between 8.00 & 8.30, which is why we skipped it. The choice of breakfast is also very limited. 
The room itself is spacious, but void of any possible charm. There was a constant smell that couldn't be alleviated by opening the window. Opening the window brought up another issue, as the room was located by a "chute" of sorts, where air conditioners are placed for the whole building, an unpleasant nuisance throughout our stay. There is no constant presence from the staff, we just checked out by putting the keys on the reception desk.  The owner is easily reached by Whatsapp however. All in all, it's clear the owner wants to make a quick buck with a spare apartment, without delivering quality in his service. We didn't pay much, but still feel like we paid too much.
