We arrived very early and expected to leave our suitcases and explore. Pleasant surprise, the room was ready early!! Fab start. The room was lovely with its own balcony with a fantastic view of the Saslong area. Very comfortable and lovely walk into the village. The hard way is down a steep hill and of course back up. This only took 5 minutes. I more sedate walk along a lovely pathway only took 12 minutes at an amble. Breakfast was plentiful with the offer of eggs cooked to order and a lovely selection of meats, cheeses etc. If I had found this place earlier I would have booked one of the apartments for the week. Will be more organised next time.
