We stayed there for one night only, but we've seldom had such a friendly and welcoming host! We almost felt like friends or family rather than hotel guests. 
The room was big and clean, everything looked newly renovated, the breakfast offered more than you'd expect by Italian standards, everything was of high quality. 

I want to emphasize that Girolamo is an incredibly friendly host who took the time to sit and chat with us as long as we wanted to. 

The beach is just a few minutes away and the Scala dei Turchi, which you can reach on foot in about 15-20 minutes, has clearly been one of the highlights of our 3 weeks long stay. 

Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available, there's not a single thing to criticize. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great hospitality, big and nice room, highly recommended! 

We stay just for 2 nights. It's great hospitality and location. Hotel is just 15 minutes walk from Scalla dei Turchi. There are 2 nice beach restaurants (Majata and Mediterraneo) in 10 minutes walk, also few bars. Room was spacious and very clean, also breakfast was good. Only problem is distance to nearest shop (about a mile), especially tha alkoholic drinks are not served in B&B, but You can always ask for coffee ;).

Great B&B

Me and my husband have been here one night.
We called the owner, because there is no reception, but don't worry: the son speaks English.
She came in 10 minutes and she gave us keys of room and we spoke a lot.
Room very comfortable, beds very comfortable with new memory foam! 
In the evening we went to eat a pizza in the place near the B&B looking the sea from belvedere.
The breakfast was full of everything: bread, sandwiches, jams, fruits and juice. The owner also prepared two cakes: one chocolate and one with orange. Very nice !!! And when we left she gave us a piece more to bring with us.
Very pleasant stay, I felt like home! 


Warm of sicily

My wife and I spent a night in this B&B which is in the centre of Realmonte & just about 7 mins drive from the beach of lido rossello & scala dei turchi. Parking is easy to find even at the doorstep of the B&B which is split in 4 floors with the kitchen on the ground floor. The owner is very kind and friendly. Having a couple of rooms available she let us choose which room we preferred to stay in and we ended up in a one bed appartment on the 3rd floor very lit, spacious and nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent. The owner baked 2 great cakes and she also offered us cereals, bread, jam, nutella & fruits. I'd definitely stay there again.

Good value for money

My wife and I stayed two nights during our visit to nearby Agrigento.  We felt warmly welcomed by the innkeeper, Angela.  She took excellent care of us; we felt as though we were staying at a friend's house.  We found the room to be clean, simple, and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the narrow streets of this vibrant, yet quiet town.  On our first night, we wanted to avoid more driving so Angela recommended a pizzeria on the nearby piazza and we loved it.  Though we met few people in town who spoke English, we were treated with warmth and hospitality everywhere we went.  To summarize: a clean, simple, and comfortable room of good value; a lovely and non-touristy town; and warm, friendly, and outgoing townspeople.

The room was good and everything clean.  We had a hard time meeting the host, but once she came, she was really nice.  There is a gated parking lot and entrance, so it helps to have a phone number, (our phone wasn't working). The breakfast is good, coffee ok. It is especially nice to be so close to the beach. and it's quiet.

Very Clean, close to two beaches, nice management

Nothing fancy, but a clean comfortable room with a great shower and very good breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Fifty metres down a little side street gets you too a nice quiet beach and another easy ten/fifteen minutes walk along the beach gets you to Scalla dei Turchi to watch the sunset in a marvelous setting.

Easy access to two beaches at an inexpensive price and with a superb host.

This Band B is close to the beach, walking (up hill ) to a wonderful restaurant, has basic clean comfortable rooms, a generous continental breakfast and safe off street parking. 
The host is extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable.

Close to the beach, restaurants and secure parking

I am a frequent traveler. But never have I experienced a hospitality so genuine and so heartfelt. 

At first, after touring the touristy and upbeat Taormina, I arrived in Realmonte with a bit of a shock and disappointment because it looks so commonplace a town in every sense of the word--the initial reaction prompting me to tell the hostess I would only stay two instead of three nights. 

Arriving in the panic of "What am I doing here in this town?!", I kept firing strings of endless practical questions from where to board the bus to the Valleys of Temples and where the Scala dei Turchi is and if I could cook, so on and so forth, Angela who doesn't speak English--but who made you feel she will help solve any of your problems as best as she can--and her son and daughter who speak English REMARKABLY managed to calm me down. 

She then invited me for dinner with her family at her place--most likely because she must have felt that I felt quite discomforted. At dinner, Angela and her teenage children made me feel so much at home. I can't explain the genuineness of their hospitality in words. 

Before dinner, her son even drove me and showed me where the Scale dei Turchi was--which to be honest is quite far if you don't have a car: around 30-40 min walk I think. But the distance didn't overcome my curiosity of this magnificent natural structure. I went there on foot and was so amazed by the Scale dei Turchi I stayed sunbathed for 6-6 hours. One of my most wonderful experiences! Don't be fool to think  Scale dei Turchi doesn't have a sandy beach. It does but you have to walk far enough to the other side from the side you enter the structure--but it is not an easy walk if you are not in good shape. I was the one of the four people out of a few dozens who "crossed" to the other side and explored the sandy beach. 

Mentioned to Angela on checking in I wanted to cook, she put me up in this room on the top floor which is different from the other rooms which are much fancier in furnishing and decoration. The room I had gives a feeling of an unpretentious apartment of a simple person. It gives a panoramic view of the whole of this little town (see picture attached). I had a great great time buying fresh catches at the town's market square just three-to-five minute walk from the BB. Afterwards, if you want an ice-cream and a free wi-fi unlimited session, you can go to a cafe a few doors away. Again, it is a really local unpretentious cafe, but the guy who runs it is very very friendly. Realmonte is a small local town which surprises you and make you so happy to the core. That is what I experienced. 

On my last day, on the way back to the bus stop, with their genuine hospitality of both Angela and the town's people, I saw Realmonte in a different way. I appreciate its scruffy looks, its truly local flavour, the unpretentious and non-touristy life is breathing. For four days and three nights, Realmonte has changed my breathing pace. I became a happier man. Thanks to Angela and her family.

Hospitality of a legend in a clean, well-kept and peaceful B&B

It was hard to find since there are alot of B&B that have similar names but it's the white building with the white metal gate. We had to call the host in order to get in.
 We were on the first floor and a family of 5 (including a baby). Cot was available. The facilities are clean but smaller than expected. There was one bathroom in between the two "rooms" with a door that is so noisy and a toliet that is very loud. It's hard to not wake people up if you need to go in the middle of the night. The hosts were so kind however they didn't speak English. If you stayed more than one night they would change your garbage and make your bed which was a nice touch. For breakfast they had your typical cakes and fruit. They had homemade crossiants filled with ricotta, pistachio nutella or jam which was the highlight of the meal! Location is great it's just a 7 minute walk to the beach and 12 minute walk to Scala dei Turchi. I would recommend you walk the beach line to get there instead of the street which you'll need to walk uphill and then down alot of stairs. It may take longer but you get a great view and easier to manage - especially if you are carrying things or have kids. I would also recommend going to Maragia for dinner for a nice dinner. It's on the beach but in the evening it turns into a beautiful resturaunt. 2.50€ for upper seating but worth it! If you are going to stay in this area you do not need more than 2 days. 1 day for beach and to see the stairs and then another day to go into Argigento for the Valley of the Temple. I will say overall for the price you get what you pay for so, it was perfect for the price range. There was also no shortage of people staying there so truly such great hosts!
