We like this hotel, the staff, and restaurant. Beautiful location with great views. We were in a pod of 5-6 rooms 40 yards from reception and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and views. Room service was prompt and the food was excellent. Countryside is inviting with charming small towns and vineyards galore Fortunately we had a car as the location is 25 minutes from Siena. The hotel has more than one vehicle but said the vehicle was for use only on the property. This is a serious mistake on management’s part as it is irritating esp. as the taxi fair is $40-50 depending- one way. Could be a 5 star but should review its issues as n the view of this guest.
