Masseria Tinelli

Masseria Tinelli is located on a peaceful hilltop close to the small town of Noci. We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment (actually 3 rooms upstairs), which is a part of a bigger house (the apartment does not have a view of the pool). The other parts of the house are occupied by the innkeeper’s parents. For a family of 5 we had enough space. The layout of the apartment is far from optimal. The two bedrooms are upstairs, the entry to the master bedroom being behind the smaller one. There is a glass wall separating the corridor from the smaller bedroom, but you really cannot say it would be soundproof in any way. Hence, marking the apartment as having soundproof bedrooms is really stretching the truth. The stairs upstairs are extremely steep! For older people and small kids this really is an issue, as I found it difficult to get upstairs carrying our suitcases. On the ground floor you have the kitchen (poorly equipped, too few utensils) with a toilet (far from ideal!) and a small living room with sparse furniture. If you set your expectations right this can be a great place to stay as it is easily accessible and has a really great pool area! Our kids loved it, especially as there were no other guests and we had the pool practically to ourselves.
