On our biking trip through Puglia we came to Monte Adamo very hungry. Even though the restaurant was closed Monia, the lady of the house, offered to share some of the family lunch. Nothing special, she said. Then she served us a great meal, everything we could hope for. It was so good we decided to stay for the night! In the evening again a lovely meal with the tuna she put on oil that afternoon! Everything they serve is fresh, mostly grown on their own land. In the morning we were treated on very nice homemade confiture and muffins. The whole stay was a great spontaneous surprise. We wish Roberto and Monia (and Elias and Marco) the best of luck with their B&B Monte Adamo!
