Disappointed with choice of hotel in Pisa. Needed to be near airport as flight was early. There is no information on website that the rooms were in another building! The fan in the room made an awful noise so it was not possible to have it all the time! It is also a Health & Safety hazard as the electric plugs in the bedroom were broken and probably early 1960! The lady in reception did not appear to have information about our booking and was not very helpful when we asked about going to the leaning tower! They do not do breakfast either! Glad it was only one night! Overprized and better accommodation nearby if you search with time!

Poor Service and it is not what it seems!

The hotel was advertised as B&B, with car parking available. We had trouble finding the building and when we did, there was no one manning the reception. There was no car parking & no breakfast in the morning either. There was only 3 rooms (& a reception) in a 2 story building; the upstairs was a private residence. Although we had a booking confirmation, they were not expecting us. They did make up a room for us (2 single beds and double). The car parking options were street parking (at a large fee) or it as suggested to us, park at the nearby shopping centre (fines apply). The hotel was close to city centre (short bus trip - bus stop out front) or a easy 10 minute walk. Once in the city centre, the piazza (leaning tower) was a short enjoyable stroll away. The area is good location, but you have many other options to choice from.

Not what it all seems

At Pisa airport house the service left much to be desired..the receptionist was of no help. We booked for a triple bedroom and she kept insisting it was for a double. She just got the baby's  and told us she couldn't open it. The description on booking.com States breakfast when in fact it wasnt available. Ventilation only came with a light bulb on...switch off light...switch off fan . No hot water was available. No toilet paper and no toiletries whatsoever. We couldn't ask anyone as receptionist left. 

Rubbish

Terrible!! Dirty, old and way overprised. There is no care at all, no service . I  generaal, It's a total rip off. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, AND DO NOT BOOK THIS.
Qe had to leave Earl for a familie crisis, and even then there was no communication. Shame on you!
