It happened that several times there was no hot water to shower, and the b&b is dirty. I had paid in advance for a month, but given the situation I preferred to leave the b&b in advance.

Place to be avoided

Badly maintained rooms, stuff stacked up on the slopes, cuisine often inaccessible because of the presence of a Brazilian family staying in the structure and taking care of cleaning, sad place, frequent bad smells... to avoid.

Bad structure

I just booked and paid for a room available on the site this afternoon! This lady refused access saying it's complete in a completely casual way. WE LEAVE IT ON THE TROTTOUR at 6:00 PM with my 5-month-old baby! SHAME! It's not going to end like this!

HONTEUX

I spent 2 nights in this facility, the furnishings are dated but well kept, all in all the facility can go for those who are not of many claims, the area is good, the owners are very available and very friendly. Only new breakfast very approximate, let's say arranged, and nervous, yes, nervous because as soon as I wake up it seems to play ESCAPE to find all the tools to make it, beds, sugar, dishes, etc.

Good point of support, recommended

I've been staying in this place for about two months, the rooms are clean, but all the furniture, definitely old, should be changed. Forget air conditioners or mosquito nets in the summer windows and efficient heating in the winter.

I'd think twice about it.

The owner made us stay in this property despite having booked in another one, which was also her property in Florence. (Luckily I called an hour before we arrived otherwise I would have gone to Florence since no one was worthy of informing us of the change of schedule and I would not have found rooms available!!!) Old and smelly house more than 20 km from Florence located on a busy road. Since we had booked a room for four and there are no rooms available, we were assigned 2 double rooms, not very clean. The stoves, including one in the hallway, were decidedly muddy and dirty. Stayed two nights and the small beds were not finished, as well as the rooms.

To be avoided.

We stayed a couple of nights, a double room with a private bathroom. We appreciated the kindness and availability of the hostess who recommended a great pizzeria with a 15% discount for guests. The very nice very nice room and carefully maintained in the details, comfortable bed with very soft underwear. The only things a little like this so the bathroom in the hallway (there was a little mold over the shower being a closed bathroom, but very clean) however, the lack of air conditioning is a mosquito bin. For the rest of it is all ok, very clean with a very nice SPA. A shared breakfast and lunch area that the gentlemen have kindly supplied!

It's nice, but it could be better.

We have visited this place during the Easter and were warmly welcomed. 

We have been positively surprised by nice room, cleanness, but an approach and service were the best ever experienced.
