Parco della Vigna

We chose this B&B for a "Trulli" experience, on-site parking, and its strategic location (near Alberobello but away from the concentration of tourists there and closer to our next destination). The Trullo was architecturally authentic, quaint on the outside, modern and comfortable inside. It includes a kitchen, den, and LR, as well as BR and bath. It is a vacation flat in a rustic setting. It could well serve a small family or couple who are looking for rural escape. For several days I had had respiratory difficulties. Donatella, our amazing hostess, arranged for me to see a doctor, accompanied me to the local clinic, acted as translator, walked me to the pharmacy, and followed me to her house, where she made me tea and insisted that I take my first round of antibiotics. All that took less than 90 minutes. There was still plenty of time for my wife and I see Alberobello. The night before Donatella sent us to a fine restaurant (great food, good value). So, we went to Parco della Vigna expecting a "Trulli" experience. What we got was a "Trulli" experience and a "truly" amazing hostess experience. Thank you, Donatella.
