153 reviewsWe stayed for one week at Al Vecchio Pontile. We had some Kitesurf class in KTS school which is right next door. The location is just perfect as the Kite spot is just infront of the Hotel. The view is stunning, facing the sea. The area is peaceful and beautiful. The Hotel himself is lovely, very clean, the rooms are big and well equipped with everything you need. They have always an access outdoor on a terrace or balcony, and you can see the sunset every evening from there or from the garden which is very nice also to stay and relax. I am used to work in Hospitality, and I would say that from all the places and guests I have visited, I have never see someone as kind and welcoming than Giovianni the host and his family. He was helping us for everything and doing even more than we needed. The breakfast was every morning different and tipically from the area. Our stay thanks to him was perfect!!! You can feel the family spirit of Sicily in this house, and Giovanni is doing his best to fulfill the needs of the guest perfectly. He loves what he s doing and this is the key to run perfectly an hotel how he does. Thank you for this amazing experience. We have found our perfect place to come back next year and for many years! I recommend 100% for couple, family, alone traveler who are kite surfing, friends all together!
