62 reviewsOkay so day three of the Sicily Tour led us to Trapani for lunch and then passed the salt fields towards Marsala. We are staying with Paulo and Sylvia and their two daughters Agnes and Beatrice.... and you’d think we were long lost family members - I think we must have been the first English guests which I hope after this post fades quickly because this place is a total gem. The pool and garden is just lovely, all secure and safe if you do have young ones. The accommodation is perfect and we did discuss this as a possible venue for a 40th birthday in a couple of years as you could hire all the rooms and take over the whole site There’s a beautiful pool/ billiard table to use and as mentioned the pool is perfect. The beds are comfy and the room proportioned perfectly for a one night stay or a full week. Dinner was a masterpiece of local Sicilian specialties including pulled pork and tripe. Our son had a pizza which we all “helped” with because it was delicious. We had the biggest steaks ever and the wine to help wash it all down was from local Edice ( village up the road) This is a super business and we wish the family all the best and the success they deserve.
