Excellent little hotel with very nice staff, clean rooms, decent shower, good breakfast, plenty parking, restaurant next door, strong wifi = exactly what we needed. One thing you need to understand is that its located in the middle of no where, close to the Venice industrial zone but that didn't bother me at all because it is very close to a quiet and efficient ferry terminal to Venice (San Marco)! For Euro26 you can get a return ticket including a 24 hour pass for all the city ferries. I had a rental car so no problem to get to the hotel from the airport which is an easy drive; not sure about public transport but there is a local bus stop (route 16) right out front. Will come again!
