We stayed in the flat with a panoramic terrace. We were charming, always ventilated and comfortable for lunch and dinner in front of the Gulf of Follonica. Fantastic location. Sea at 50m., walking distance, supermarket at 100m. Great holiday. The friendly and precise owners. Apartment with all amenities. TOP cleanliness. We will definitely return. A suggestion: on the terrace, a more stable table and a larger umbrella. 👍👍👍👍

I stayed at Residence Il Sole with my wife and our two children during the week from 7 to 14 August. Our experience was very positive, the structure is located two steps from the sea but it is also very close to the center of Follonica so in an absolutely strategic position, the apartment (2nd floor without elevator) is equipped with all the necessary services including air conditioning. The sheets and towels received in supply were in excellent condition and very clean as well as the whole apartment including the stoves and common areas (e.g. stairs). Beautiful and comfortable the common space on the ground where guests can spend a few minutes in tranquility (there is also the TV) or where you can leave passengers and equipment for the beach.

Strategic

Residence Il Sole offers its clientele very carefully furnished apartments, some with sea views. (From the beautiful terrace of our apartment, on the top floor, we could embrace, with a single glance, the gulf and the island of Elba). The well-organized kitchen, with a television, is provided with every accessory to cook comfortably. The bedroom has nice furniture with a comfortable bed.

Residence The Sun: wonderful!

Very cozy residence, friendly staff and central location just a few steps from the sea. Quiet rooms despite the proximity to the center. To review the cleaning of the rooms. Towels are changed weekly, the staff, at our request, agreed to change them first, but for two days in the hall we found no one, so we kept them all week. The oven is not usable because when it is lit the current jumps, but there is the microwave. Overall I highly recommend this residence!

This year's sea in Follonica and after many years of not returning it was a great idea. I booked from July 11 two weeks at the residence Il Sole. It is a building built between the sixties and seventy and the only thing to take into account is that it does not have an elevator so it is not suitable for those who, for various reasons, do not want to deprive themselves of this convenience. The owners are three kind and very correct sisters. If you need anything just ask or if they are not present by phone and they are always available. I booked a small apartment on the third floor and from the balcony I also enjoyed the view of the sea. Very heavy and organized. Every week they clean the sheets and dryers. You are free to make the change if not with a small amount of wine to the care of the residence.

Have a good vacation.

It's very old, but very clean, it's in the center of town, it's very convenient, it's a great place to shop, it's a shame there's no elevator, it's recommended especially for kids because it allows you to go on a vacation even if you don't have a car.

Good accommodation

It's a rather old-fashioned but well-developed structure. In the kitchen everything necessary, functional services, unfortunately the lack of an elevator because the place 5 minutes from the beach with so many nearby food shops is definitely interesting, however good stay without any relevant problems.

Very cozy and very clean room. Everything clean and tidy. Furnished elegantly. Too bad there is no elevator. Very nice common room. Very close to the center and the sea. We were great!

That's great!

For our first weekend after quarantine we chose to regenerate ourselves by staying in one of the apartments of this Residence. A super neat choice! With all the amenities, our two-bedroom enjoyed a very valuable terrace overlooking the sea; located in the center, you can walk to the beach, the waterfront and the center. The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom was equipped with towels and courtesy sets. The owners are very kind and friendly. We will definitely appreciate it for our future summer stay!

Functionality and Kindness

A relaxing weekend, a very clean and welcoming environment, just a short walk from the sea and the city centre, a gentle and available owner, I'll definitely be back by the end of the summer!
