Stayed here for one night whilst in Florence. Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Room was very comfortable - was just a single but that's all I needed with a lovely parquet floor and small balcony. Air conditioning was superb - very much needed by this suffering Englishman in the Tuscany heat! A cold bottle of water in the fridge and more complimentary refills available from the bar. The staff are really friendly. I arrived early and they were happy to check me in and store my bag. There was even a nice area to wait for you room to be ready with complimentary coffee and juice and some small snacks - a lovely touch. Bar drinks reasonably priced too and the breakfast was good with a varied selection of continental options. You won't go hungry here before you head out to explore 12pm checkout was great and again, bag storage was available though I didn't need to do so. Would definately book again next time I am in Florence
