I’ve stayed in a lot of B&B hotels and this is definitely one of the best, if not THE best. Fantastic location near the station and the Duomo, a decent size room with a kettle and some drink sachets, two small bottles of water, good towels and a large shower. There was also a pair of slippers! Customer service was tops. I mentioned in response to an email that I’d like some milk for my coffee and some little cartons of cream arrived at my door within two minutes. Superb.
