27 reviewsCrotone is a bit of a hike to get to, but worth it. The b&b is great. Roberto the host was welcoming and informative (and sent a taxi to rescue us from the station). The apartment is huge, clean and well appointed, with 2 balconies, a full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. So many breakfast things were left for us we barely dented them. Time to dust off your moka skills, although there is a nice cafe downstairs. Crotone is really friendly and very Italian, cheap as chips with warm sea and a sandy beach, loads of bars and restaurants and a handsome old town. We recommend the beach club Paranza across the road - they couldn’t do enough for us, and the Pizzeria Mea Culpa.
