66 reviewsContrary to some of the reviews I've read, the staff here were friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and spoke good English. Once I informed the serving staff (breakfast and dinner) that I was lactose intolerant, they made sure I had substitutes. My room had a very nice view of a mountain and a small balcony. The hotel is very well-located, just a few blocks from the bus station and a leisurely 15 minute walk to the cable car. This is a modern hotel, so don't expect old world charm. I would stay here again.
