16 reviewsThe apartment is located in a quaint neighborhood in Bellagio with a good supermarket very close. Roberto and Emilia take great care to make sure you have everything you need. They also recommend the nice places to visit and the best restaurants. A short scenic stroll in the morning takes you to the ferry. The bright and airy apartment is lovely and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice welcome basket with teas, coffee, juice and biscuits. The mattress is comfortable and the bedroom is spacious, with nice white linens and comfortable pillows. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a big mirror with good lighting. The place is very clean. Unfortunately, my husband unexpectedly ended up in the hospital and Roberto and Emilia went over and beyond to help us, call the hospital, change our rental car, even helped me return the car that I couldn’t drive and made sure I made it safely to the hospital . You would never get this type of hospitality at a hotel or a B&B, it was unique to Roberto and Emilia. Our stay was perfect except for the hospital visit. We hope to be back in the future!
