Anna Rita Alghero B&B

went there in August, it was a wonderful stay for us. We arrived Alghero very late at night by car and could not find our way to the B & B as it was dark. Although it was already 10pm, Anna Rita came out in her car and led us back to her lovely B & B. The next morning was a pleasant surprise for us, we woke up to the different sounds of animals and as we walked out of our room, we were greeted by the friendly dogs. There is also a small animal farm hidden behind the garden. We were really surprised when the husband of Anna Rita brought out the chicks and baby rabbits when we were playing with the donkeys and goats. Apart from the animals, the breakfast was quite nice too. We had our breakfast on the porch outside and although we are not very fond of sweet pastries, Anna Rita was generous with the tea and coffee. We stayed for two nights in a big family room with 4 beds, all the facilities are clean and tidy. We will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting alghero by car as it is not far from the city centre and you can get a taste of the Sardinian countryside at the same time. Lastly, I have to say we all miss leo, the puppy, Such a lovely puppy and we had so much fun playing with him!
