K Suites TLV By The Beach

Great location , in a side street very close to beach. My room was very spacious and very clean. It was also as quiet as anything can be in a big city, which was important because I was there for an extended stay to study, so this is a place which is good for long stay business people as well as short term holiday makers. But it's the staff who really make the place so special. They took a lot of trouble to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible in lots of different ways, and were always friendly, helpful and professional. They are very nice people and give the place a really good atmosphere - thank you Kobi, Or and staff. Travellers should note that the building has three floors and no lift. This was not a problem for me-the staff carry your bags up to your room and down again on departure, but it might be a problem for people with limited mobility . Also the reception is only open during office hours - again, this isn't a problem because the staff are always contactable by phone and are happy to come and sort out problems outside office hours. There's a fridge and kettle in the room and a kitchenette on each landing, so it is easy to make yourself something to eat. There are also cafes nearby and you can have a huge Israeli breakfast at the hotel across the road. Towards the end of my stay the Covid 19 lockdown started and I had to return home early. The manager, Kobi, was really wonderfully helpful in a very difficult situation. Also he and the staff did everything they could to make people feel safe ( surgical wash and hand sanitiser appeared , and the already spotless place was cleaned even more). In conclusion I would say that K Suites TLV provided me with everything I needed for a really wonderful and memorable stay in Tel Aviv - I really can't fault it. While I write the word is still in lockdown , but I will definitely be back !
