Ard Na Greine B&B is located in a farming area about 8-10km from Clonakilty. You will need a car and Clonakilty is the closest place to eat. The B&B is an old house and the host has been running the place for 50 years. There are about six rooms. Our room had a double bed and a single bed as well as a sink. The adjoining bathroom had a toilet and shower. Soap and shampoo are provided. The shower is good and there is plenty of hot water. The wifi signal works but is not strong enough to send items at times. The host is a wonderful lady who will greet you very warmly with tea/coffee and freshly baked scones. She will be happy to tell you all about the history of the area and provide advice on what to see and do. Breakfast consists of a vast selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, granola, oatmeal, cheese, scones, bread as well as a choice of several cooked meals. On-site parking is available.
