Upon arrival it was a very well taken care of location.  Solid options for parking.  Michael greeted us and got us set up.  He offered recommendations for dinner and gave us instructions for our departure the next morning as it was going to be 430am to head to the airport.  The location was very convenient to the airport.  The house was not laid out great for a B&B as we departed it was very noisy for the other guests so we tried to go quickly but stairs, hallways and the room squeaked.  We were very warm in the house but we could not open the windows because there was a note to not leave it open.  So we didn’t sleep well at this one.  If I were in the area again I would be willing to book here again, it is very convenient to the airport and the Swords downtown area.

Last Night Before Departing - Would Stay Again

After a communication mix up with the original B & B we booked, Catherine & Michael were good enough to book us in last minute, for our weekend stay, which we really appreciate, as it was a very busy weekend due to the Popes visit to Dublin.  We had a great fried breakfast both mornings and there was also a choice of Continental breakfast cereal or pancakes.  We had an ensuite double room which was so homely & comfortable.  The Riverdale is out in the country, but only a lovely 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful town of Swords or a 5 minutes taxi ride, would highly recommend the Riverdale & we will definitely stay again

Lovely location, so peaceful, excellent hosts

Riversdale is a nice little B&B. I love the location.. Close the Swords express bus route that runs to Dublin City Center. It is also within 10 minutes of the airport. We stayed at Riversdale on our final two days of our trip. The hosts were excellent. The star of the show was their grandson. He was the most polite and helpful little boy I've ever met. 
Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, but missing a few items to be called a full Irish.

Let me preface this review by saying that the hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Michael called a cab for us upon request. 

That said, we experienced some problems. We were only staying here because it was close to the airport for our departure the next morning. 

	- We couldn’t get hot water in the shower. Or change the temperature at all. See attached picture, the temperature adjustment is cemented in place. 
	- The shower leaked all over the floor, even though my cold shower was quite brief.
	- The bed was very uncomfortable, and the springs could be felt.
	- The exterior smelled of sewage.
	
All we wanted out of this particular B&B was a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Neither was acceptable. The only reason we chose this place for this night was the proximity to the airport.

On a side note, it appears that the property is up for sale.

We stayed one night at the Riversdale B&B on Wicklow Way on 12/13.07.2018. We were welcomed even though we arrived at 14:00, our room was even ready! The B&B is within walking distance of Glendalough's attractions and there are dining options in Glendalough itself. The room was clean, quiet and equipped with water cookers, coffee, tea and cookies. There was also a TV. The breakfast was rich, the vegetarian breakfast tasted good (eggs and vegetarian sausage), in addition there is a large selection of fruits, cereals, even muffins or cakes, toast... Actually everything that went to the heart! A delicious accommodation we would visit again!

Great location, nice rooms, great breakfast

This is a nice B and B in a wonderful location.  Close to the airport, Dublin, and local points of interest.  The room was large, comfortable and clean.  The breakfast was fine.  Catherine was very helpful in giving us information to help us get around to places nearby and the airport.  It was a very nice stay.

Nice stay at a great location

Home is very noisy, doors are constantly slamming, bed is bad, breakfast is very limited and selective; I took the pancake formula and I only had 2 cookies in my plate, no fruit, nothing to accompany.... to avoid.

Mediocre

We had booked this B&B for our last night in Ireland, the hostess is still very busy not listening, it doesn't deserve 4 stars (narrow and old shower, lack of towel, grilled light bulb), room despite being spacious

Disappointed

Very welcome, simple but comfortable and clean room, proper breakfast, the lady advises us well, certainly a little quick in her explanations but smiling to go out in the evening, very good pub cock cavern on swords.

Nice frame.

We spent the first night of our stay in Ireland in this beautiful place. The room we had was large and the bathroom was also, despite some concerns with the shower pipe. This B&B is a little far from the centre of Dublin (more than 20 minutes) but you can eat and drink at Swords which is a few minutes away by car. The reception was pleasant but not as warm as in other B&Bs.
