The B&B is conveniently located around 10 minutes drive from the town centre. It is a lovely traditional building which has good parking and is a pleasant change from the more corporate styled hotels that tend to advertise heavily in the media. My wife and I spent one very enjoyable day in a well appointed and spotlessly clean room at the rear of the building. The bed was very comfortable and there was no traffic noise at all during our stay.
We will be back for sure!!

This isn't just a bed and breakfast but a home from home. That's how Marion and Bob make it. When we left we felt we were leaving old friends behind and it would be lovely to see them again sometime. The hospitality started even before we left England. I had a phone call from Marion making sure we were still coming with advice on travel and how was looking forward to meeting us. They could both keep you entertained while having breakfast with their stories and wit and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived about dinner time we were provided with tea and coffee, sandwiches, cake and I personally had a full breakfast.  There was also a table full of free drinks including whisky and wine of which we were told to help ourselves. We had a lift into Tipperary town on both nights by Marion and Bob alternately and was offered to get picked up but didn't like to bother them so late. It was only 2.5km into town anyway and about 6euros for a taxi. Marion asked us why we were there and the morning after was given a written itinerary of where to visit and a route. They even bought my wife chocolates for her birthday. The place itself was lovely. You walked in the front door to a cosy snug with an open fire,sofa and comfy chairs which we used after coming back at night. Then you walked through to a lovely dining room from where we were served a delicious and filling breakfast with cereal, orange juice,tea and coffee and a lovely full breakfast. Then through to a corridor which led to the rooms. The bed's were very comfortable with a lovely en suite. There was also a nice sitting area at the back which unfortunately didn't have the weather to take advantage of. So altogether a very relaxing and pleasurable stay. God bless you Marion and Bob. We will never forget you and would be lovely to see you again

Stayed here at very short notice and Marion and Bob were most accomodating for our late arrival ,rooms were lovely and clean with a great comfortable bed , would highly reccomend this B and B and we will definitely go back.Next time we visit Tipperary town we know where we will be staying

Marian and Bob must be two of the most generous people in Ireland. They quite literally can't do enough for you. Marian dropped me over to Kilshane and actually collected me afterwards. She also needs needs her own Television or radio programme! Beautiful breakfast and a really comfortable bed with lovely linen. Thank you Marian and Bob!

Incredible hospitality!

Great Stay

Quite possibly the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen - cobwebs and dust everywhere, dead insects in the shower, old hair clips festooned in the bathroom. 

Hostess came down in her (stained) nightie to meet us, very very unprofessional.

Did not even stay one night - booked accommodation elsewhere and left straightaway. Please do not waste your time and money, however nice this might have been at one time, it is now sorely in need of a deep clean and serious repairs.

Do not go anywhere near!!!
