Hosts Josephine and Barry are wonderful! The room (sea view) was immaculate! Great location, walking distance to the town centre.

Where to start? Simply the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Josephine and Barry are amazing hosts. Greeted like old friends and offered a drink while we chatted in the lovely communal lounge with them. It's about a 25 minute walk into the lovely town of Bantry along safe pavements all the way there and back. The room was amazing. Comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a tub as well as rain shower separate. On the morning I had the "mini" Irish breakfast which was huge! Can't imagine the full one! We continued our conversation from the evening before and bought one of Josephine's amazing pebble art pictures before we headed away, forever ruining any future B&B stays. Thank you for an amazing stay. Book this place with confidence

Fine accomodations - great view, attentive hosts, fine property close to town.

My second time staying with Barry and Josephine, wonderful hosts! They have a breakfast menu, but try to accommodate individual requests. My view upstairs overlooked Bantry Bay! Location is close to the town centre, but not “in town”. Lidl nearby. Property is gorgeous and it feels like staying with friends!

Gorgeous view overlooking Bantry Bay from my room! Clean and very nicely appointed. Most gracious hosts that accommodated my every need!Ideally located and about a 20 minute walk to the town square. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler!

So friendly spotless I forgot  to ask where they purchased the mattress it  was so comfy and then the best breakfast  highly recomended

The Edencrest was exactly what a quality B&B should be - extremely helpful and kind owner/staff, comfortable beds, nice sitting room overlooking a stunning view of the lack, quiet, clean, quality-furnished rooms, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of varied made-to-order menu choice that far exceeded your typical Irish breakfast (omlettes, french toast, variations on hot breakfasts, smoked salmon, cheeses, etc). Easy to find, just off the main road on your way into Bantry from Cork. Will absolutely stay here in future.

Josephine gave us a warm and friendly welcome on our arrival and offered chocolate cake to have with our tea. Full of good advice, including where to eat, which we followed. We had a great room with a wonderful view over Bantry Bay. Very difficult to know what to choose from the wide breakfast menu but I would recommend the kippers. Alll the food was presented execellently

We had a wonderful stay. Josephine and Barry were welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to visit with. Our bedrooms were amazing, comfortable, had so many unexpected details that made staying easy. The food was some of the best we have had and the home was spectacular. We would definitely stay their again!
