An excellent B&B. Lovely surroundings,  very comfortable and lovely staff. We would highly recommend staying . Very convenient and not far from the main road yet quiet.  Near shops in Gorey and 15 minutes drive from beautiful beaches.   Ice and cosy seating area overlooking the well kept garden.

The BnB was a lovely place, beautifully furnished and Jo and her husband were the best hosts. I would highly recommend

Myself and my husband stayed in this lovely bed and breakfast for 3 nights..everything was perfect..located just outside gorey..nice big bright bedroom, comfortable bed ,clean towels and nice powerful shower..Breakfast was very tasty..(no fry),but more than enough to satisfy  everyone..The granola pot was so yummy..The owners Jo  and Jim were so welcoming and helpful. No problem with taxi's..I'd highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Good value for money as well.

Amazing B&B.  Very comfortable clean and big rooms.  Very quiet...we all slept so well.  Breakfast is lovely...salmon and scrambled eggs and home made porridge bread was scrumptious.   Lounge is very tastefully decorated and Jo the host is simply amazing.  Her daughter who is a hairdresser squeezed me in for a do-over for a wedding I was attending.  Great location for easy access to the whole area.  We will all def be returning.  Pat Fiona and Helen

I hate to tell the rest of the world about this wonderful B&B Hotel. But Jo deserves to have her praises sung. 

We were greeted 1st by the loveliest dog who met us at the car and led us to Reception. 

Jo was so welcoming and helpful,even suggesting to change our room when she saw the stairs would be difficult.

The rooms are spotless and roomy.  Our beds, 2 queen beds, were super comfy with lots of pillows.  

The shower, instant hot water type, was wonderful with excellent water pressure.    

But the breakfast!!!!!  Oh my!  Cereals home made breads, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. It was all delicious. She even had gotten in Gluten-free bread and almond milk because of my allergies.

We can't say enough good things about our stay and Jo.   The only bad thing is that we don't know when we can get back for another stay.  If you are anywhere near Gorey, this is THE best place to spend the night.  12/10

If you are looking for an amazing stay experience with perfect location  walking distance from the restaurants & shops look no further!The Railway house B&B,Jo & Jim friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness were truly exceptional.Delicious breakfasts was made up with  lovely homemade jam's & bread, scrambled eggs & salmon,Gronola bowls was my favorite.
Highly recommended stay. You will definitely not go wrong.

Beautiful property. would definitely recommend and stay again. The owners were very accommodating.

Hosts were friendly and very helpful, had a great nights sleep as bed and pillows were very comfortable. The homemade porridge bread was very tasty. Will 100% stay again.

Friendly staff, upgraded our room at no extra cost on arrival as a bigger one had come available. Everyone was friendly and chatty. The town is a 10 minute walk or taxis were available minutes after calling. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

Wow, this place is a gem in the heart of gorey they should be proud of. Jim and his lovely wife are the reason the  b&b is the heart of the town, the service they provide is so genuine,friendly that its so refreshing. We couldnt of asked to stay at a better place, its always the people that make the business and this beautiful couple are there at the top, me and my family thank you and our next visit will be booked with your selfs,Patrick flaherty

Absolutely 💯 brilliant stay 👏 Myself 2 sisters stayed for a night to shop in gory for wedding clothes for mother of the groom 
We arrived at the house and were greeted so warmly it was like visiting a relative 
The house was beautiful and the rooms were so warm and clean the owners are so friendly 
The breakfast room was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely 
We also got mam dressed from.head to toe 
(She said yes to the dress 👗 )
No fault from arrival to departure we will certainly be back

Wedding shopping

Stayed over for a weekend for a wedding and from the very get go the service was tip top, the owners had  bent over backwards for us and made our stay great, the grounds were beautiful, food was great, it was just a very enjoyable place to be! 
Would definitely recommend to anyone and I will 100% be back

One of the top 5 hotels in Ireland. Just returned from a trip to Ireland where we discovered this hotel in Gorey.

We had a lovely family weekend here - surroundings are just stunning and the house itself is spectacular. Jo & Jim are truly wonderful hosts, making every holiday as it should be, relaxing, comfortable and most enjoyable - we will most definitely be returning. So close to all tourist aspects within Wexford from shopping to sight seeing. Our breakfast was delicious, with a fresh pot of coffee to die for.
This is 100% how a country guest house should be ran,  true champions.
