This was our favorite stay!! Everyone was kind, room was PERFECT. The bed was so comfortable, got the best sleep. The shower too was spacious and hot with changeable pressure! It had a downstairs bar/diner that had live music but could hear nothing in your room! Breakfast was also a banger! Lol Great find. The place was decorated in beautiful antiques and was full of charm.

Absolutely loved this place. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Off street parking and a short walk to shops bars and restaurants. Free breakfast was great. This is everything we imagined an Irish guest house to be.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were not able to get breakfast the first day as we had to be out of the hotel before 8 so that was disappointing. But the second morning we were able to take advantage of the wonderful breakfast. The location was great for getting into Galway. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot and food! It felt like being home.

My husband got horribly sick with a bug and the staff was wonderful and took fantastic care of us! They were amazing!!!

Had booked 3 rooms for weekend stay with family. Location is superb and in the heart of town. Check-in was straightforward and quick. Rooms are comfortable and clean, albeit possibly a little dated. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner with a great range of choices to please everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, especially when my elderly father took a bit of a fall. Would happily stay again & recommend for anybody visiting the area.

Convenient, Clean, & Caring

Really appreciated the early check in, had requested if possible and the room was ready.Decent sized room with TV, tea, coffe and kettle.WE had stated breakfast aat 10om, the latest time. We came down and 09:50 and the cereals were being cleared away, two other tooms came down after. A menue for breakfast would be good also just to see what items are available. They told us of a full Irish, a vegetarian breakast but we didn't know what was in these when we ordered. Great location and handy to have a free car park

Great Location

Staff really friendly and room was fine although the ensuite was tiny.Nothing major on the wrong side, but very dated and cluttered.The breakfast was the worst thing, .no fruit, limted cerials and the full irish was the worst I have ever had, one overcooked egg, cocktail sausages, and 2 breaded meaty things that oozed fat. No beans, tomatoes, mushrooms or anything vaguely vegetable. The bacon and black pudding was fine.

Lovely staff! So personable. We loved the “emergency” waitress who came in to help serve in the bar/restaurant on Culture Day evening. What a gift to both customers & the hotel staff!  Kind & helpful young woman at morning breakfast. We highly recommend this small hotel if you value friendly service & caring staff & owner.

A definite recommendation! Friendly courteous staff. Clean rooms. Tasty breakfast. We checked in a little earlier than was expected and completely forgot when we were due to check out but we were met with a smile and told no problem. Gave us some good recommendations for places nearby to eat and how to get the train to Galway. You won’t regret it when you stay at New Park!! Two thumbs up… way up!

Nice stay on our way back from the cliffs of Moher to Dublin. The New Park Hotel has the best brown soda bread....breafast overall was great. Nice rooms and nice for kids too. Thanks to the staff we had a great stay and a good rest! Parking right in the back/side. Assuming i am able to get that wsy again, i would stay again and also try to visit the old church ruins. God bless the staff!

Unique boutique hotel. Tons of charm. Friendly staff. Very reasonable priced. Excellent breakfast. Cooked to order and to perfection. Our room I would say had been recently decorated. I would suggest they use different bedding as I found it uncomfortable. I would suggest they look at new beds. I think most people expect larger bed ( tall men especially) these days. I would certainly stay again.

Charming Hotel.

This is such a beautiful hotel, we had the warmest welcome when we arrived and the owners and staff were so friendly and attentive. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast and lunch were delicious and the portions generous, we didn't have the pleasure of having dinner but the menu seemed to cater for all. I can't wait to try it on my return.
