4 reviewsWe were greeted by a very nice lady when we came in. Please be informed that this suites are actually located in an apartment block so they don't operate a check-in counter. So you must give the custodian a call prior to arrival to arrange for the ETA, so she can greet you when you arrive. Despite being stuck in the horrendous Jakarta traffic, we were so pleased to be greeted by this nice lady. She showed us around the suite and also the amenities. All the coffee, drinks and oh-the-lovely cupcakes (yes, really yummy cupcakes) are all complimentary. They provide bath gel and shampoo and clean towels everyday. The suite is very clean, provides the home feeling. Even my 3-year-old was referring to it as "our house". The only drawback would be the sharp edges of the bed frame. Scratched my husband's leg when he was walking up to the balcony. We didn't have much time to enjoy the pool, but it looks so inviting. Not many people and very clean too. We will definitely come to stay again when we're here in Jakarta.
