I usually wait until the end of a stay to leave a review but still here and need to put in writing how wonderful this resort is. From the minute we walked in (after 24hours of travel from the UK) the experience was and very much is first class. The reception team made us so welcome and made our check in so quick and efficient. When they showed us into our villa it took our breath away. And this is late at night and very tired. Hugely spacious, so well organised, clean and beautifully presented. As it was my birthday my husband had arranged with the hotel a wee birthday package and it was beautiful and so well appreciated. The staff are absolutely amazing in every single way. Grounds are kept beautifully, rooms are immaculately cleaned, breakfast is tasty and well cooked with huge selection and above all everyone is kind, friendly and respectful. During our trip my husband has been unwell with an unfortunate bout of bali belly and even that cannot spoil anything about this trip as the wonderful resort has looked after us so well. I cannot say a single bad thing about this resort. I have stayed all over the world in many many 5* resorts and this excels in every single area. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. This is also not our first time staying in a villa in Bali and while we loved the last location, Kunja has given us something far more. There is no hesitation for us. We will be back next year. Would not even consider looking for somewhere else to stay. Kunja has won out hearts. This best accommodation you could find and fantastic value for money Thank you Lisa and Peter X
