Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We came here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was probably our favourite hotel of the 2 week trip. Pita at front desk was fantastic, friendly, and went above and beyond on service. We got upgraded to a gorgeous room which was hugely appreciated. We did a batik painting class which was interesting and got to take away a beautiful souvenir. The restaurant is brilliant, we had only planned on eating there the first night, but the food was so good we came back the second as well. The first night we were lucky enough to be there for one of the cultural dance shows which was great. Breakfast is varied with plenty of options. The spa is fantastic - highly recommend! Emi was incredible. I would come back to Bali just for this hotel alone.
