Excellent guest house with a very friendly owner. The rooms are clean and void of any insects or lizards. Good location on a quiet street. There's also very good scooter rental right across the road. Only small downside - breakfast is small but not a problem for me. I enjoyed it and would then go down the road with some nice coffee places. I always have a second breakfast anyway so it worked out well for me. WiFi: 40mbps down, 15mbps up. 16ms ping.
