Authentic trade amongst locals. Markets set before sunrise & broken down around 8am before the tourists hit the streets for their fix of rustic Balinese coffee. It's a busy hustle and well worth the trip if you want to see the locals version of a supermarket with snap fresh vegetables and engage in some bartering. Rule of thumb, you pay half of the original price or shoulder a local and see what they pay. Potentially avoid the basement butchery if your queezy.
