I'm balinese who lived abroad, came back home once a year. And always staycation away from home in the meantime. This hotel being my favorite place to stay since 6 years ago. Not a luxury hotel but a unique and comfortable place that I can walk to the clubs 🤪, beach and cafes without stuck in traffic .. its newly renovated after pandemic in some areas but to be honest, I do miss the red rabbit icon. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff greeted us warmly with genuine smiles. The daily check-in for housekeeping is much appreciated too! Unfortunately, this time I got trouble with the room. The door lock got error, the maintenance came fast to fix it but the door was open for a long time in the meantime, make a lots of mosquitos disturb our first night stay. Not only that, there're water leak from the aircond. The next day, I complained to the receptionist and ask them to check our room when we are out. But the hotel staff was really really sweet. They upgrade my room and surprised me with birthday decor with a cake! I didn't mention it to them and also its not my birthday escape staycation but they made my day!!! I really really touched 🥰🥰🥰 | will definitely come back here for my next back home trip. Thank you everyone at Viva Dash!
