Exotic Inn Lembongan

This place is conveniently located on the beach right next to many of the fast boat pickup/drop off points (no need to hire a ride to your hotel). Rooms 3 and 4 have an elevated view of the bay—great sunset views (see attached picture) and a view of all 4 of the surf breaks if you want to see what the waves are doing. The coffee shop downstairs has all the usual suspects—snacks, beer, cocktails, coffee drinks—and is also a good spot to hang out and watch the sunset. The tiny pool is great for cooling off on a hot day, and it’s a short walk to the beaches on the south end of the bay. It’s a long, hot walk or an easy push bike ride to the mangroves and surrounding beach bars on the north end of the island (we did both and recommend the latter). The family that runs the place and all the staff are warm and helpful. This is a great place to set down for a longer stay while you explore the islands and water activities.
