The Bale was a really pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly and knew us by name by second day. The staff were accomodating to every request we had and did their best to make sure we had the most pleasant experience possible. The room was kept very clean, services twice a day! Shout out to Gobby for looking after us. The complimentary shuttle was a lovely touch.
