I returned here for the second time with a couple of friends, having stayed previously for New Year in 2012. Once again, I was extremely pleased with the villa. Agung, the manager of the villa, greeted us on arrival and provided us with all the information that we needed to know about the villa (such as when the cleaner would come, laundry services etc). He also provided us with a local mobile phone so that we were able to contact him at any time during our stay. He is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly gentleman and an absolute professional! The villa has a "security" guard who sleeps outside the villa (in the carport) overnight, so you feel perfectly safe. The villa is neat and tidy with 3 spacious rooms with king size beds and massive ensuite bathrooms. Each room has a TV and DVD player in them, which is handy when you are retreating from the heat and humidity and want to relax in the airconditioning. The rooms are decorated in a very minimalistic fashion but the beds are extremely comfy. It is located approximately 5 minutes walk from the main restaurant strip in Seminyak and taxis regularly drive past, so there is no problem getting about anywhere. Overall Villa Teman is fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!
