Having stayed in the Longhouse a few years ago, we booked the entire villa for our 5-day family vacation and thanks to the owner, Linda and her wonderful team, our stay in Bali was truly enjoyable. From the time of booking to our departure, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff and drivers who attended to our needs efficiently and politely. The meals we had at the villa were delicious and were customised according to our preferences. The villa was generally clean and well-maintained although the wifi connection in some of the rooms can be improved and the equipment in the gym updated. However, the friendliness and hospitality offered by the staff more than made up for the small inconveniences we encountered. I would strongly recommend the Longhouse if you prefer to stay in a quieter area away from noise and crowds but not too remote and far from the airport. It is ideal for families or a group of friends, up to 12 persons.
