When I reached , I was instantly escorted to my Suite . However the hot water wasn't working very well and also the Air Con. When i called in for service , my room service arrived immediately and checked the faults . After an hour time the Air Con was fixed , it couldn't have been any faster. The hot water indeed takes time and I was pretty much convinced by the logic why the hot water took so long. They empathized on the issue and kept doing checks if everything was OK. Excellent service. The Cafe was also nice with tasty food, a little expensive but all worth it . But please be advised, they have a very very limited menu.All in all, I'm definitely going there again.
