Tegal Panggung Guest House

This guesthouse is so lovely! The young gentleman running the place is so courteous and helpful. When we were leaving early at 6.30am for our activities, he offered to have the cook start breakfast 30min earlier (breakfast starts quite late at 7am) in order for us to have some hot food before we left. Breakfast was simple but so tasty! Our room was big and spacious and so clean. The bathroom had a tub and a shower. The only thing was that the bathroom sometimes smelled like a drain but that's a minor thing. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided daily. It's a 10 - 12min walk to Malioboro but you don't need to venture there as there are so many good and cheap food places near this guesthouse :)
